Privacy Policy

Baby Motor does not require an account. In the current version, baby profiles, optional profile photos, and activity records stay on your device.

Information stored on your device

When you use Baby Motor, you may choose to enter or create:

• A baby's name, date of birth, and gender selection.
• An optional baby profile photo selected through Apple's system photo picker.
• Saved activities, completed activities, and the currently selected baby.

This information is stored locally in the app's private storage on your iPhone.

Information we collect

The current version of Baby Motor does not transmit your baby profiles, photos, or activity records to Baby Motor or to third parties. It does not include accounts, cloud sync, advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Photos

If you choose a profile photo, Apple's system photo picker lets you select an image. Baby Motor stores a resized copy locally for use as the baby's profile picture. You can use the app without adding a photo, and you can remove the photo from the profile editor.

Children's privacy

Baby Motor is intended for use by parents and caregivers, not by children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Retention and deletion

Your local information remains on your device while the app and its data remain installed. You can edit baby profile information and remove an optional profile photo in the app. Deleting Baby Motor from your iPhone deletes the app's locally stored data. The current version has no cloud backup, so deleted local data cannot be restored by Baby Motor.

Security

Baby Motor relies on iOS and the security of your device to protect locally stored information. You are responsible for controlling access to your iPhone and keeping its software and passcode up to date.

Website hosting

This policy and the Baby Motor support pages are hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information associated with requests to these webpages under its own privacy practices. Baby Motor does not add advertising or analytics tools to these pages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Baby Motor's features or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
